Opening its doors
during the winter of 2008, the Anza Inn offers guests nightly, weekly,
and monthly lodging in three historically unique buildings. Known
to the locals as “The Poston Block”, the oldest building
at the Inn dates back to the 1850s when the founding father of Arizona,
Charles Poston first built his home on the site. Poston settled
in Tubac to mine silver found in the local mountains behind Tubac.
The Anza Inn is listed as a nationally registered historic building
and is within an easy walking distance of both the Anza trail for
hiking/biking and all of Tubac’s 97 shops, galleries, and
restaurants. The Tubac Country Club and Culinary Institute are also
just moments away.
