‘Studio’ (used as an art studio by
local artist Katherine Reyes and former owner/artist, Michael
Gibbons):

800 square foot studio offers guests a large, open living
space with high cathedral ceilings with lots of light coming
from the enclosed, separate sun porch. The living space
combines a latex king-size bed with a comfortable sitting
area with a large fireplace. It also features a newly renovated
kitchen and bathroom with granite countertop. Other amenities
include a flat-panel TV, DVD, high speed internet, shared
telephone, shared washer/dryer, and patio facing the Santa
Rita Mountains with barbeque, patio furniture and fountain.

Casita
Linda
This
all adobe-built home was built in the early 1900’s
and has been modernized recently with a new eat-in kitchen
and bathroom. It features two bedrooms, one bathroom, an
outside balcony, an enclosed sun porch with fireplace, living
room, and outside shed with washer/dryer. It is nestled
within mesquite trees and a large walnut tree, offering
a ‘woodsy’ view off the kitchen, balcony and
sun porch with glimpses of the Santa Rita Mountains. Other
amenities include TV, DVD, high-speed internet, phone, and
